JR Scaning and Printing Service provides commercial and custom printing services, including but not limited to:

- Mugs, Bottles & Promotional Gifts
- Stickers & Labels
- Posters & Marketing Materials
- Office Stationery
- Rubber Stamps
- Tote Bags, Cushion Printing & Gift Items
- ATM USB & Customized Merchandise
All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your order.
2. Order Placement & Approval
- Orders are processed only after final design approval from the customer.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all details including:
- Spelling
- Colors
- Sizes
- Quantities
- Layout & alignment
- Once approved, no changes can be made to the design.
JR Scaning and Printing Service is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
3. Design Files & Copyright
- Customers confirm they have full legal rights to use uploaded designs, logos, images, and text.
- We do not verify copyright ownership.
- JR Scaning and Printing Service shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided content.
- We reserve the right to refuse printing of:
- Illegal content
- Offensive or hateful material
- Copyright-violating designs
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may vary based on:
- Quantity
- Material
- Finishing options
- Full or partial payment may be required before order processing.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Turnaround Time & Delivery
- Turnaround time begins after:
- Design approval
- Payment confirmation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Order complexity
- Machine maintenance
- Courier delays
- Nationwide delivery is available across Pakistan.
JR Scaning and Printing Service is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
6. Returns, Refunds & Reprints
Due to the custom nature of printing:
- No refunds or returns once printing has started.
- Reprints are offered only if:
- There is a verified printing defect caused by us
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Color variation of up to 10–15% may occur due to printing limitations and is not considered a defect.
7. Quality Disclaimer
- Final printed colors may slightly differ from on-screen previews due to:
- Screen calibration
- Material texture
- Ink absorption
- We strive for premium quality but minor variations are industry-standard.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content including text, images, logos, and designs belong to JR Scaning and Printing Service.
- Unauthorized copying or reuse is strictly prohibited.
Customer-provided content remains the property of the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
JR Scaning and Printing Service shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Business losses
- Delays beyond our control
- Errors in customer-approved designs
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

- Cancel or refuse any order
- Suspend service without notice
- Refuse content that violates laws, ethics, or company policies
